Your week, reviewed.
Your next step, clearer.

Standard setup is included. Your recorded workouts, food, sleep and progress come together in a weekly in-app review, with suggested adjustments around your goals and the time you have. You review changes before applying them.

A compatible smartwatch is required for connected activity and sleep data. We verify the exact device, data path and permissions during setup. The public demo is available without a watch.

HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS

YOUR WORKOUTS.
YOUR FOOD. ONE PICTURE.

Each person gets a personalized app. Your goals, favorite activities, available time, equipment and food preferences shape your experience. Track workouts, food and calories together. Where supported and authorized, your past activity helps establish a starting point; new records and feedback inform your next review. Sleep and energy add recovery context.

Let’s talk about your app
01

Make it yours.

Choose your main goal: maintain weight, lose weight, get stronger or prepare for an event. Add the activities you enjoy, usual classes, available days and time, equipment and food preferences. Your private profile can record allergies and a reviewed nutrition baseline. Your app name and visual preferences make the experience yours.

02

Connect what is supported.

We verify your exact devices, account ownership, permissions and available history. Existing authorized Garmin and Intervals connections are preserved for their owner. Additional Garmin customers need the business integration; Apple Health and Apple Watch need a native bridge. History depends on the source and authorization. Manual records and reviewed exports can fill supported gaps.

03

Do your workout. We help connect the rest.

Review a recommended workout, duration and effort—or keep the class you already do. If you work out without opening the app, review it after a supported sync or log it afterward. Add perceived effort and how you felt; confirm whether it completed an existing plan. A repeated weekday activity can become a routine after you approve it.

04

Review food. See progress. Refine the plan.

A reviewed fixed food target stays fixed. Activity mode combines an ordinary-day baseline with estimated workout energy above rest; a completed workout replaces its linked plan. Scan or repeat food, review a photo estimate, or use a quick meal reflection. Your weekly review shows activity balance, logged nutrition, missing data and recorded progress. You review nutrition changes before applying them.

ONE PERSON. MANY ACTIVITIES.

Plan the week.
Adjust the day.

A class moves. A ride runs long. You only have 20 minutes. Your app’s intended workflow keeps the changing day in the picture alongside food, recovery and the bigger goal.

IN THE MORNING

Today’s estimated food target.

Your reviewed baseline and saved plans provide a starting point. A familiar weekday class remains a suggestion or plan until you confirm doing it.

AFTER YOUR WORKOUT

An updated estimate, with a reason.

Completed activity and reviewed details update activity mode. A device calorie number is still an estimate. Daily totals and workout calories are never stacked together as separate extras.

WHEN FOOD TRACKING IS LIGHT

A quick review still helps.

Reflect on food balance and amount for a meal, snack, dessert, drinks or the whole day. Reflections add context without inventing calorie intake.

OVER THE WEEKS

Learn your routine. Measure your progress.

Recorded activity informs usual duration and recurring-day prompts. Weight trends need repeated measurements; strength progress uses exercise, load and reps. Missing information stays visible.
